Ant - The True Leader

Blessed to learn one of the best mostly missed leadership qualities from this ant yesterday. Saw him coming out of the hole, walking very fast found food. Surprisingly didn't carry food and ran back to his hole. In a seconds time briefed all his team and their comes his team marching. He leads them more than half the way and suddenly turns back, walks till end of line making sure that all his team members are safe and walking the right way. 

Leadership Learning : Potential search, Share the plan, Make a path, Lead the team, Make way for team to lead on their own and Take care of team all the way till destination.
